Jenny Hadden   

is an entrepreneur who brings over a decade of leadership experience as a global technology executive, where she helped create thousands of jobs and drive millions in revenue. She transitioned from the tech world to found Della Terra Properties, a real estate investment portfolio in Flagstaff and across the US. She is also a REALTOR® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. 

Jenny walked onto the Stanford University gymnastics team and earned her full ride scholarship as well as a Masters. She channels that same passion into stewarding transformational spaces while being on staff with Bridge Church and with her Rushing Waters Faith brand along with her husband and 3 girls. Her faith fuels her mission to propel the God-given potential in leaders.

Doug Sweet is a business owner, pastor, and U.S. Army veteran whose leadership and service reflect a lifelong commitment to faith, community, and perseverance. As the owner of a local coffee shop in Flagstaff, he has created a welcoming space that fosters connection and conversation. In addition to his business endeavors, he serves as a pastor at Bridge Church, where he guides others in spiritual growth and community engagement. A husband of over 40 years and father of three, he exemplifies dedication both at home and in ministry. An Ironman participant with a love for travel and hiking, Doug approaches life with endurance, faith, and a desire to inspire others to live purposefully and serve faithfully.

Bryant Hadden is a passionate starter, educator, and culture creator for customer-centered products, services and organizations, with over 12 years of experience in design research leadership and international management consulting. Working as a lead strategist and researcher for companies like Deloitte, Transamerica, ANZ Bank in New Zealand, Bryant artfully guides clients to better align their values with the needs of their customers. As a former D-1 National Champion at Stanford, he is a forever coach and mentor in all areas of life: from family to church and volunteer work. His heart for those in need led him to start Della Terra Home Services, a handyman company geared to helping seniors and widows care for their homes as they age.

 Alison Rucker is a Mortgage Loan Advisor with Success Mortgage Partners, helping individuals and families throughout Northern Arizona and Colorado navigate the home financing process with confidence. Since 2016, she has specialized in educating first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, veterans, investors, and homeowners exploring refinance and home equity options. Alison believes that buying a home is about more than a loan—it's about building a secure future. She is passionate about serving others with honesty, integrity, and clear communication while honoring Christ in both her business and relationships. When she's not helping clients, Alison enjoys spending time with her family, playing disc golf, serving in the community, and encouraging others to pursue both their professional and personal calling.

 Melissa Greinke runs her own creative agency: Melissa Greinke Photography + Creative. She brings stories to life through commercial photography, videography, and content marketing. As an Arizona native she is passionate about her community and the Kingdom reach across the state and beyond. 

She serves on the Marketing Creative team at Bridge Church where she has attended for over 13 years. She loves creating with excellence and purpose. Outside of work, she enjoys life with her husband, their two kids, and going on any adventure that gets them outdoors and staying active as a family! 

Jana McDonald is the Young Life College Director for NAU and Area Director for Flagstaff. She has been on Young Life staff for the past 14 years. Her passion is introducing adolescents to Jesus Christ and helping them grow in their faith. Prior to going on Young Life staff, Jana was a healthcare executive for 20, overseeing long-term care, assisted living, subacute rehab and psychiatric facilities in Colorado and the Phoenix metro area. She received her Bachelor's degree in Music Therapy from Colorado State University and her MBA from Seton Hall University. She is a trained life coach and leader in workforce development and organizational leadership. She believes each generation has beautiful God given qualities and loves to help different generations work together to value one another. Jana has been in Flagstaff since 2022 and is married to Tim. Together they have 4 kids and 6 grandchildren. 

 Travis Joralmon, a Flagstaff native, is a Commercial Insurance Agent with NFP Property & Casualty, and a Realtor with Realty ONE Group Mountain Desert. He is committed to service and integrity, focusing on building trusted relationships and creating solutions that support and strengthen individuals and businesses in the Flagstaff community.

He volunteers with Special Olympics Arizona, Bridge Church, Flagstaff Noon Lions Club, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Flagstaff, and the Flagstaff Youth Hockey Association, supporting initiatives that promote inclusion, vision, health, mentorship, and youth development.
