Our Leadership and Board Advisory Team is a group of trusted, faith-driven leaders dedicated to guiding the Flagstaff Christian Chamber with integrity, unity, and a heart for Kingdom impact.
We serve because we believe business is a calling and the marketplace is a mission field. God has entrusted each of us with influence, resources, and relationships to steward for His glory and the good of our community.
As leaders of the Flagstaff Christian Chamber of Commerce, we are committed to serving with humility, integrity, and unity—supporting faith-driven businesses, strengthening our local economy, and advancing Kingdom impact across Flagstaff and Northern Arizona. Together, we lead not for recognition, but in obedience to a higher purpose.

Mollie Bartholomew. After moving to Flagstaff four years ago, Mollie quickly fell in love with this community and the people who call it home. A southern girl by birth and a western girl by heart, she has been married for over 20 years and is a proud mom of three busy teenagers, who she is thrilled to be raising in our sweet mountain town. A Licensed Professional Counselor and owner of Adventure in Mind Counseling, she specializes in supporting adolescents and young adults, with the occasional adult client sprinkled in. She is also an active travel agent and has loved helping families and friends plan meaningful, joy-filled trips since 2015. Deeply involved in all the spaces God has intentionally placed her, she has a heart for building relationships and connecting friends throughout Flagstaff. She finds her joy outdoors—whether trail running, backpacking, hiking, skiing, or camping—and is always happy to invite others along for the adventure. When she’s not traveling or exploring outside, she loves slowing down over a great cup of coffee and rich conversation with friends.
